I recently bought some bar stools from bar stool home. The original order I received had stools that had the incorrect seat height advertised. I originally thought, ok. This is just great.
I contacted them to let them know about the issue. Not only did I get an apology from them. They actually went out of their way to fix the issue. The best customer service I have received from anyone in years. Well done bar stool home. You showed that customer service was not just a catch phrase. The replacement stools were excellent and super easy to put together. I am 100% an advocate!
The hardest decision I had to make was which stool l liked and which one would suit my kitchen, the range of stools to choose from was massive. I’m pleased to say the stools exceeded my expectations. Putting them together was really quick and very easy. They look amazing and are super comfortable.
The delivery of the stools came in two separate packages and on different days which caused a bit of confusion. I tried to contact the company to confirm this was nothing to worry about, but unfortunately no one ever got back to me.
