Product: Unknowngly ordered small seat size. Screws to attach swivel mechanism not long enough and some would only catch if washers discarded. So 2** only for product.
Service - 4 stars. All this was rectified very promptly and courteously and in the end received a full refund. thankyou

The seat is quite small compared to other stools and they're a bit high for our bench but they're pretty cute. Happy that the seat swivels.
