At Bar Stool Home, our priority is to ensure your items arrive with you as fast and safely as possible using trusted national carriers, and we are proud to offer FREE Delivery on All Orders Australia-wide*.




Please refer to the 'Delivery' tab on the product page for estimated delivery timeframes specific to that product.

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a delivery on a specific day or time. Once your order has been assigned your courier and we have dispatched your order, you will need to contact your courier for any specific delivery instructions at their discretion.



As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order in our system and payment has been received.



Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from when your order was placed. 

Within 24hrs of dispatching your order, you will receive your shipping tracking number via email which can be used to track the progress of your delivery.



To ensure your order arrives with you safely, a signature may be required to accept your delivery. If you miss your delivery, instructions will be left by the carrier on how to collect your order. 

Bar Stool Home is not liable for any loss or damage as a result of any authority to leave arrangements, made between the customer and the carrier, to leave packages unattended.

We are unable to deliver to some PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.



All orders that have multiple packages are always dispatched in full, however, it's not unusual for our courier partners to deliver packages on separate deliveries. If this occurs, you are still able to track your remaining packages until they are delivered. 



We would love to be able to deliver everywhere, but unfortunately, there may be some undeliverable postcodes for some of our products that our couriers are unable to deliver to.
