Really happy with the bar stools I purchased. A little bit fiddly to assemble but not difficult and after the first one I knew what I had to do. Justin provided excellent customer service, very attentive, friendly and professional. Stools are great value and look fab in my kitchen. The swivel seat is a really nice practical feature that I love. Stools are quite light and easy to move around. Overall really happy.

I’ve had our barstools for several days, and we are happy with them. They blend in well with our previous barstools which are slowly breaking from eight years ago. They were easy to assemble, a good value for money, and good quality. They feel solid And reliable. Really happy with the swivel function.
Go communication and arrived promptly with no issue. Only areas for improvement are that chat function is AI only and not a real person. Email was responded to the next day seeking specific measurements for the foot rest which the team couldn’t answer as said they don’t have stock on hand/it’s in the warehouse. Regardless we took a chance and are happy but speaking to a real person in real time would have been preferred but would probably push up prices.
