DELIVERY

Q. What are your delivery fees?

We’re proud to offer Free Delivery on 150+ Items Australia-wide! That means we deliver more than 150 of our items anywhere in Australia for Free!

We also offer Free Delivery on additional products and selected locations, otherwise, we offer discounted shipping rates which are calculated at checkout.

Q. What are your delivery timeframes?

We ship most of our items from VIC and some of our items from warehouses in NSW and QLD. Please refer to the 'Delivery' tab on the product page for the estimated delivery timeframes specific to that product.

Q. Which carriers do you use to deliver my order?

To ensure orders are delivered to our customers as fast and safely as possible, we use trusted national couriers including Australia Post, Toll, Aramex and others. Your courier will be confirmed when your order is dispatched.

Q. Can I track my delivery?

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from when your order was placed. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information which can be used to track the progress of your delivery. Track an existing order here

Q. I’ve only received part of my delivery, what should I do?

All orders are dispatched in full. However, it's not unusual for our couriers to partially deliver packages on separate deliveries. Review your tracking for more information and if you have any questions, please Contact Us and we’ll be happy to help.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Q. Do you offer a Warranty?

Yes. At Bar Stool Home we want you to feel confident with your purchase, so all of our products come with a 12-Month Warranty for manufacturers faults and defects. Conditions apply which you can review here

Q. What is PU (Polyurethane) Leather? Is this genuine leather?

Polyurethane Leather, often referred to as PU Leather, is artificial leather designed to imitate genuine leather but manufactured using synthetic materials. PU Leather is much more affordable than genuine leather.
