Delivered From Australian Warehouses
All products are delivered from Australian-based warehouses. We ship most of our items from Melbourne, VIC and ship some of our products from QLD & NSW.
To ensure orders are delivered to our customers as fast and as safely as possible, we use trusted national couriers such as; AusPost, TGE, Aramex, CourierPlease and others.
We ship within Australia only and cannot ship internationally at this time.

As we use third-party couriers, we’re unable to arrange delivery on a specific day or time. Once your order has been dispatched, you may be able to request specific delivery instructions directly with your courier (at the couriers discretion)
Order Confirmation
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that confirms we have received your order and payment. If you do not receive your order confirmation within 30 mins of placing your order, please contact us for help.
Priority Dispatch & Tracking
We know the importance of getting your order delivered as soon as possible, so we prioritise the dispatch of all orders within 1-3 business days from when your order was placed, with no added fees or special conditions.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information to track the progress of your delivery.

Accepting Delivery
To ensure your order arrives with you safely, a signature may be required to accept your delivery. If you miss your delivery, the courier may leave your items if there is a safe place to do so. If not, you will be notified of additional delivery or collection options.
Bar Stool Home is not liable for any loss or damage as a result of ‘authority to leave’ arrangements, made between the customer and the courier, to leave packages unattended.
We're unable to deliver to some PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses and will advise customers if there are any issues.
Missing Items
All orders are dispatched in full unless otherwise communicated. It's not unusual for couriers to partially deliver packages on separate deliveries/days. Please refer to your shipping tracking to confirm if any of your items are still in transit.
If you believe you are missing items, please first check around your property that this has not been left by the courier, and also check that nobody else from the address has received this on your behalf.

Damaged Items on Delivery

Delivery Address Changes
We can make changes to your delivery address if your order has not been processed for dispatch. Once an order has been processed for dispatch, we may not be able to make changes but will do so if we can. Delivery address changes are subject to delivery fees if applicable, please contact us asap if you need to make any changes.
Order Cancellations
We can cancel your order if your order has not been processed for dispatch, please contact us asap if you need to cancel your order.

Returned to Sender
For all items that are ‘returned to sender’ due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or are unclaimed, we will make contact with you to confirm your preferred option:
- Re-deliver your order which may incur re-delivery fees
- Cancel and refund your order less the initial shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee

We would love to be able to deliver all of our products everywhere, but unfortunately, there are some postcodes we're unable to deliver selected products, which you will be notified during checkout.

If a product you have purchased from Bar Stool Home is found to be faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), wrongly described, or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will refund your money, exchange it, or, where possible, replace the faulty parts.
If a faulty product is required to be returned, we will pay for the return delivery fees or refund you for any fees incurred (if pre-arranged).
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

12-Month Warranty
Shop with confidence with a 12-month warranty on all items for manufacturers' faults and defects. Please find conditions below.
5-Year Warranty
Selected products as indicated on their product pages are covered by a 5-Year Structural Warranty which is limited to genuine defects only and does not cover wear and tear.
Product/s that have been used for a fair length of time prior to the defect being noticed may be subject to reduced compensation at the discretion of Bar Stool Home and/or Bar Stool Home's suppliers.
If a fault arises in a product, you must notify us immediately and cease using the product.
Exclusions For All Warranties
Our Warranty Policies do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage arising from improper assembly or modification
- Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse
- Damage, wear and tear as a result of improper or lack of maintenance and/or care (e.g. fabric, leather, or timber)
- Damage to external or product packaging only
- Insignificant minor variations in dimensions, colour, grain, or finish
- Insignificant minor imperfections or superficial blemishes
Warranty Claim Process

You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the fault including supporting images and/or video which will help us understand and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
After reviewing and accepting the Warranty Claim, we will confirm the appropriate resolution which may include:
- Sending the replacement parts
- A partial refund to repair or purchase the parts locally
- Returning the items for a replacement
- Returning the items for a refund
